Shipping Questions
We offer free shipping on UK orders over £100. For orders under £100, a standard shipping fee of £3.95 applies.
Orders within the UK typically arrive within 3–5 business days.
We use Royal Mail and DPD as our primary shipping partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Email us at Support@avellestudio.com with your order number. We’ll provide return instructions and assist you through the process.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process refunds within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Other Questions
Yes, you can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may still return the item after delivery.
