Return Window
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Include all original tags and packaging
- Be returned within the 14-day return window
Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear will not be accepted.
Return Process

- Our support team will provide you with clear return instructions.
- Pack your items securely and send them back using the return method provided.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure the safe return of your parcel.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as intimate apparel or accessories may not be eligible for return. Any such exclusions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may return the item after receiving it.

- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over £100
- £3.95 Standard Shipping Fee on orders under £100
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at Support@avellestudio.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
