Shipping
- We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
- Free standard shipping is available on all orders over £100. Orders under £100 incur a £3.95 shipping fee.
- Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Returns and Refunds
- We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned items.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at Support@avellestudio.com. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may return the items once received.
